Lexie was fantastic! She was very warm and personable when showing me the apartments. The housewarming gift was so sweet! Lexie made the whole move in process go smoothly!

Move in process has been quick and easy. Alexys was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The complex is from the 80s, so naturally there is wear and tear, but when I reported an issue maintenance was there that day, fixed the issue and was polite and upbeat. I’ve had a great experience so far.

A great place to call "home". Alexis Gunter always greet you with a smile and is very helpful to our needs. Quite community and great location. Thanks for a great service!!

I am leaving this review because I think it is important to know how it really is to be a tenant of fox creek. I have lived here with my wife since nov 2020. We have loved the community of friends we have made in the time since. This past January we really struggled with a very noisy tenant above us. Instead of Lauren brushing us off and not listening to what we had to say, she listened every time my wife reached out. She let us know what our options were plain and simple. She told us she was doing everything should could to make the situation better. (Many people say that but few make you feel that) Lauren is different. We were able to make a game plan and get everything together to make a move to a new unit in our favorite complex. It was entirely out of our control and yet Lauren was able to handle everything with understanding and patience. My wife emailed her all the time to either update or thank her for her hard work. I think we can all agree things happen that we can not control but instead of siding one way or another Lauren made sure we felt safe and heard through the whole thing with kindness and love. My family could not be more grateful to Lauren and the community she has facilitated here at fox creek. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything you do!
