Me and my fiancé have been living here for almost a year now and we really like these apartments! The management is really kind, the maintenance people are quick and efficient to get work orders done and keep the grounds well maintained, the apartments are very nice, cheaper, and spacious, and the amenities are really clean and fun to use. They are a little odd shaped with the living room, but it is manageable to furnish easily. Overall the only complaints I would have is our neighbors upstairs are constantly waking around 24/7 with lead shoes on, there is very little parking for extra cars/friends close to your apartments, and you find that calling into the office to talk to their receptionists is kind of a hassle. This place is great for people looking into an affordable, spacious home that is accessible to a lot of stuff around you. Plus they love for you to bring your pets which is a huge plus, especially since most apartments in Layton will not let you have your dogs.
