My apartment is comfy, neighbors are quiet, and I'm happy with every interaction with the staff. The maintenance team (Kyle and Dave) is great! My heat went out (first issue in like 2.5 years here!) they were out within like a half hour and got it all fixed up! thanks guys!

I absolutely love this place! I've been in my apartment for just under a week and it already feels like home. When I was putting my security deposit down the apartment hadn't been renovated, the complex surprised my by getting it all renovated between me and the last tenant. Kandie and Hannah are absolutely amazing and take care of everything. I'm so elated to call this home.

I accidentally hit 3, and my intended to hit 4! But I have had what small problem that I did resolved so I would give them a 5!

Great apartment for the price, friendly staff and timely maintenance. Only things that could be improved on is lighting in the units and outside. There should be more centralized lighting in the units. My gas bill is a little high too, some better insulation would be awesome! Lastly a tricep rope for the cable machine in the gym.
