APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Layton

So me and my wife were looking around at about 30 apartments kept narrowing them down. We came into here and Lauren Bernardy instantly sold us on it. She was really straight forward, put everything out on the table pros and the cons, and wasn't pushy like other places we checked. But we kept looking and came back later about 10 minutes before closing they had 1 available that night which is what we were hoping for. We had to do paperwork and stuff to get it locked in for us and Lauren stayed not 1 but 2 hours late after closing to help and my wife get in after a long day since she was with us during her lunch for a walk in tour.. She and the other staff here have been amazing the room is way higher quality then expected for the price compared to the other apartments in the area and if it wasn't for Laren we might have had to deal with a worse apartment since we needed to move immediately. I give this place 5 stars and Lauren 10 stars if I could, absolutely amazing service!!! Sorry for the long comment Thank you Fox Creek! Our new home!!

I'm so happy that I've moved in here! Lauren and Ashley at the front desk are SO kind and friendly. Apartments are affordable and nice. 10/10

Management and the maintenance staff are very quick in responding to requests. Awesome staff. Really appreciate the fun parties that you guys take efforts to throw every now and then. Rent seems to increase steeply after the first lease. Especially for the one bed one bath units. Also, another suggestion for future, cable should be an option and not made compulsory for the residents.

Management is great help any way possible, the maintenance crew is amazing they are out first thing after a storm cleaning up salting the sidewalks my only complaint is that the walls are to thin can hear neighbors talking
