I love living at fox creek apt. Everyone is so nice and the maintenance is done right away. Everything is kept up.

Great Community and apartment, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The office staff is friendly and wonderful to work with. The amenities are great. My new home was so nice and clean when I moved in. I can tell the staff takes great pride in their work. I highly recommend Fox creek!

I called over the weekend once the maintenance guys were gone and they promptly got it taken care of that next Monday. They are awesome! Showed us how to fix it ourselves as well if it ever happened again too!

So far it’s been a good experience. I’ve lived here for a year and management doesn’t bother you except for the semi annual inspections and those always go smoothly. The only issue I’ve had is hearing neighbors but that comes with the territory. The property is well-kept and maintenance has always been a breeze. My water heater went out not too long ago and they sent someone right out the same day. They replaced the water heater the same day because it was leaking all over the floor. So I have no complaints.

I've lived here for about 4 months.The people are quiet and for the most part keep to themselves. Maintenance is here same day or the next. I've never had to call and remind them I called. Packages are always where they should be. Sometimes the dogs here get loud because almost everyone has a dog and some people dont know how to pick up after them, otherwise I enjoy it. The amenities are outdated, but they work. Sometimes I've had to deal with someone parking in my paid spot. The management is always nice and well put together. It's a welcoming place, no drama, and in a good location. The bathroom is small I cant shut the bathroom when we need to go because it's hard to fit in there, but that's not a BIG deal as usually only my family is home. The small shortcomings are worth it because this is the best apartment ive lived in -as far as neighbors, management, and maintenance goes so its definitely 5 stars!

We love it here, very convenient and the neighborhood is very nice.

I realize you all have a budget but is it possible that the lighting all through the complex be replaced with brighter lighting all through the complex it's so dark all around here and suggestion make a bigger play area for kids update playground stuff add swings bigger slides and maybe put next too the enclosed pet area and make the pet area smaller kids need more too play with maybe a mary go round just an idea
